Qualifications

Associate’s degree in a related technical field required; experience may substitute.
Advanced troubleshooting of PLC hardware and I/O modules.
Knowledge of PLC platforms, online diagnostics and programming backups.

Responsibilities

Identify and document product/process difficulties per IATF directives.
Propose and implement solutions to prevent non-conformities.
Verify effectiveness of implemented solutions and update control plans.
Develop parameter settings for equipment to meet quality standards.
Collaborate with suppliers to collect performance data on new tech.
Perform maintenance per TPM plan and maintain logs.
Support continuous improvement teams; operate across shifts including overtime.
