Job summary

LiDestri Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our Rochester, NY plant maintenance team.

The technician will focus on electrical and PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting safety and quality programs to ensure continuous production. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience (or an AAS Electrical Tech/IBEW) and are proficient with 3-phase motors, sensors, relays, and calibration tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years’ experience or AAS Electrical Tech / IBEW Apprentice.
• Experience with 3 phase motors, 24VDC, 120VAC, 208/220VAC, 480VAC.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLC/Control Systems and VFDs to support manufacturing processes.
• Perform preventive and planned maintenance of electrical equipment.
