Qualifications

• 3 years of integration/engineering/maintenance background including PLCs, HMIs, servos, and VFDs.
• Able to read one-line diagrams, P&ID, blueprints and schematics.
• Must supply own tools and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read PLC code and translate information from schematic wiring and P&ID diagrams.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, sensors and industrial control systems.
• Install electrical components and wiring; test devices for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot industrial networks (Ethernet, DeviceNET, ControlNET, etc.).
• Maintain CMMS records and parts inventory; document repairs performed.
