Kraft Heinz in Fort Myers is seeking a Maintenance Controls/PLC Tech to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment, support PM programs, and assist with controls and programming needs. The role requires advanced PLC/HMI knowledge, electrical skills, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

The position involves hands-on maintenance, programming, robotics familiarity, and adherence to GMP guidelines in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing / production environment.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical controls, PLCs, and automation systems.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMI, VFDs, and robotics preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to ensure operations.
• Assist in creation of PM programs and provide facilities maintenance support.
• Support plant controls, automation, and programming needs.
• Perform equipment design, programming, and installation work as directed.
• Follow GMPs and safety guidelines; keep area clean and safe.
• Operate lift equipment and use hand tools as required.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Participate in meetings and provide backup for other roles when needed.
