Qualifications

• 3–5 years in maintenance, automation, PLC/electrical/electronics in manufacturing.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming capability.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and industrial troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly and perform effective repairs in production.
• Experience documenting maintenance activity.
• Safety-focused, reliable, and production-oriented.
• Good communication with maintenance, operations, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Program, troubleshoot, and support PLC-controlled equipment and automated production systems.
• Perform daily maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, electronic, and automation systems throughout production areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment issues to reduce downtime and support safe, efficient production operations.
• Develop, maintain, and organize electrical schematics, electronic prints, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Execute preventative maintenance work orders accurately and on schedule to improve equipment reliability.
• Support preoperational testing, equipment inspections, and start‑up readiness before production begins.
