PepsiCo Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a PLC Technician to maintain and repair PLC systems and related equipment, ensuring Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina production lines run safely, efficiently, and reliably.

You will join a 2-2-3 rotating shift, starting at 6:00 and ending around 6:30, performing preventative maintenance and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve line performance. A strong focus on GMP, safety, and documentation is required.

Formación

Experience with electrical systems, product manuals, schematics, PLC, and troubleshooting breakdowns.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance on PLC systems and related controls equipment.
Ability to program, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on PLC systems.

Responsabilidades

Perform preventative maintenance on PLC systems and related controls equipment.
Program, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on PLC systems to restore equipment to proper operation.
Perform breakdown analysis and support preventative maintenance or repairs on advanced production/manufacturing equipment as needed.
Upgrade production lines with new or upgraded equipment/technology and support outside contractors.
Enforce GMP, safety, and audit standards, document work completed, and partner with operators and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.
