Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass technical assessment addressing maintenance knowledge areas.
• Experience with basic electrical systems, electronics, PLC manuals and mechanical drawings.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English due to safety sensitivity.
• Work near heat, noise, gas and chemicals.
• Frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, bending and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on advanced production equipment.
• Program and perform repairs on PLC systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and complete complex repairs to restore safe operation.
• Conduct breakdown analysis and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Support package changes and equipment upgrades using new technology.
• Coordinate outside contractors as needed.
• Enforce GMP, safety, and audit standards while maintaining housekeeping.
• Document work schedules and collaborate with operators and quality teams to improve efficiency.
