Job summary

Little Diggers in Memphis, TN is seeking a PlaySpace Manager to lead daily operations, supervise play areas, front desk, and party room prep, ensuring safety and fun for children and families. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe, engaging environment and supporting team collaboration.

This in-person role offers a full-time schedule with weekends, plus opportunities to contribute to events and promotions while maintaining a welcoming, organized playspace for guests of all ages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably supervisory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including front desk, play area supervision, and party room prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children's play.
• Manage POS, transactions, and admission processes.
• Enforce safety guidelines, emergency procedures, and company policies.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and task delegation.
• Coordinate shift scheduling and coverage with the team.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Assist in planning events, parties, and themed activities.
• Maintain a visible floor presence and interact with customers and staff.
• Support management with marketing strategies and promotions.
