Job summary

Oaky’s Playgrove in North Canton, OH is seeking a Floor Team Member (Forest Friend) to be the heartbeat of our space. You’ll guide open play sessions, welcome families with warmth, and foster safe, child-led exploration that helps kids grow and have fun.

In this role you’ll manage front-desk tasks, POS and concessions, monitor play areas for safety, and support birthday parties and weekend events. You’ll keep the facility clean and inviting, stay active for 4–6 hour shifts, and speak with energy

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active for 4–6 hour shifts.
• Basic tech/POS comfort and professional guest interaction.
• Energetic, cheerful, and adaptable in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead open play sessions and foster child-led exploration.
• Greet families, check in guests, and manage waivers and safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and café item prep with food safety.
• Support private parties and weekend events to create magical celebrations.
