Qualifications

• Experience in caring for children and implementing age-appropriate activities.
• Strong communication with families and team members.
• Ability to follow licensed childcare requirements and curriculum guidance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities promoting development.
• Prepare children for kindergarten with the provided curriculum and routines.
• Assist with daily care tasks such as feeding, diapering/toileting, and nap times.
• Maintain open communication with parents and staff using the Classroom Management system.
