  • Engage & Inspire: Guide open play sessions by asking open-ended questions that spark curiosity and child-led exploration.
  • Model Positive Interaction: Support social-emotional learning and model positive social skills for young explorers.
  • Pop-Up Fun: Help facilitate spontaneous, fun mini-activities and learning moments throughout the day.
2. Front Desk & Facility Operations
  • Warm Welcome: Greet visiting families with high energy, check in guests, and ensure all waivers and safety policies are completed.
  • POS & Concessions: Handle point-of-sale sales, manage café concessions, and keep retail and inventory areas stocked.
  • Safety First: Actively monitor play zones to maintain a safe, secure, and joyful environment for every child.
3. Environmental Stewardship (Cleanliness & Reset)
  • Maintain High Standards: Take pride in keeping the Playgrove spotless through routine sanitization cycles, bathroom check-ups, and floor resets.
  • Food Safety: Prepare basic café items while upholding strict food cleanliness standards.
4. Milestone Celebrations (Events)
  • Party Hosting: Help execute turnkey private birthday parties and weekend community events, making sure every celebration is magical for kids and stress-free for parents!

  • The Energy: Cheerful, positive, and genuinely excited to interact with young children and their parents.
  • The Mindset: Adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
  • The Basics: Must be 16 years of age or older with reliable transportation. Basic tech/POS comfort and the ability to resolve guest needs with professional grace.
