Job summary

GiGi’s Playhouse in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator averaging 20–28 hours per week. The role supports daily facility operations, donations, data management in Salesforce, marketing communications, and volunteer coordination to ensure a welcoming environment for families and donors.

You will handle office organization, inventory, scheduling, and event support, collaborating with the National Office and local board.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related admin experience or training.
• Strong data management and MS Office skills.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall facility operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Handle donations, data entry, and Salesforce records.
• Coordinate programs, events, and volunteer activities.
• Support marketing, communications, and website updates.
• Collaborate with National Office, staff, volunteers, and donors.
