Job summary

Aventura Mall in Miami, FL is seeking a friendly Playground Attendant to ensure a safe, clean space for children and to enforce playground rules. This full-time role involves supervising children, guiding parents, and maintaining order during shifts.

You will report to the Concierge and may assist with daily play area duties, including policy explanations and safety compliance. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year in customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in shopping center or customer service environment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Report to Concierge desk at shift start to retrieve daily radio and playground key.
• Ensure children meet height requirements to use playground.
• Adults must accompany and supervise children at all times.
• Explain playground policy courteously to parents when requirements are not met.
• Enforce rules: cotton socks only, no food or drinks inside playground, no running, no climbing beyond safety limits.
