Job summary

Aventura Mall is seeking a Concierge - Playground Attendant to ensure a clean, safe environment for children to enjoy and to enforce dress and height requirements for playground use.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a shopping center or customer service setting; you will greet guests, supervise play areas, and uphold playground rules with courtesy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a shopping center or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to Concierge desk at start/end of shift to collect/return radio and playground key.
• Ensure children meet height requirements to use the playground.
• Adult must supervise at all times.
• Explain playground policies to parents when requirements are not met.
• Explain cotton socks policy; shoes not required in the playground.
• No child taller than 42 inches may play for safety.
• No running, hitting, fighting or climbing inside the playground.
• No food or drinks may be consumed inside the playground.
• Performs other duties as required.
