Job summary

CAMP is searching for a dynamic full-time General Manager to act as the Head of Attraction at the Aventura Mall store. This role requires overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a large team, and driving excellent guest experiences while achieving store profitability.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in retail leadership, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and a commitment to fostering a family-friendly environment. Qualifications

• 6+ years of business and store leadership experience in customer-centric retail.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue through successful programs.

Responsibilities
