Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and moderate experience working with children.
• Blood Borne Pathogens training required upon hire.
• Crisis Prevention Intervention training within 6–12 months upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide student supervision on the playground and in the cafeteria.
• Collaborate with the School Psychologist and Student Support Team to support student well‑being.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive environment where students feel seen and heard.
