Job summary

White Bear Lake Area Schools, ISD #624, is seeking a Lunchroom/Playground Supervisor to support students in the elementary level. This part-time role provides supervision in the playground and cafeteria, with a focus on safety, inclusion, and positive student interactions.

The position works 2.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, under a clerical contract (Level I). Training in Blood Borne Pathogens and Crisis Prevention Intervention is required or to be completed within stated timelines, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and moderate experience working with children.
• Moderate experience working with children.
• Training in Blood Borne Pathogens upon hire.
• Training in Crisis Prevention Intervention within 6-12 months upon hire as needed for program.
• Valid driver's license in the State of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide student supervision on the playground and in the cafeteria.
• Collaborate with the School Psychologist and Student Support Team to develop creative strategies.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment for all students.
