Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (per Ohio requirements).
• 1 year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education setting is preferred.
• CPR-preferred certificate can be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Ohio Early Learning Standards.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom.
• Support children’s development through structured and play-based activities.
• Maintain classroom routines and promote positive behavior.
