Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Ohio Early Learning Standards.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom where children feel respected and encouraged.
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured and play-based activities.
• Maintain classroom routines and promote positive behavior.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress, sharing updates with families.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in ongoing professional development.
