Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is hiring empathetic, energized RBT trainees for full-time ABA therapy with preschoolers. No ABA experience required—paid training and RBT certification support are provided.

You'll work in a collaborative setting alongside therapists, supporting communication, play, and daily living skills through play-based, 1:1 sessions. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential as you grow into advanced roles and BCBA pathways.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; willing to pursue RBT certification.
• Experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not required.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide play-based, 1:1 ABA therapy to preschool-aged children with autism.
• Support development of communication, play, and daily living skills through engaging, child-centered interactions.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect data and monitor client progress.
• Maintain daily session notes and documentation.
• Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
