Pay

$19.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE

Through play‑based, personalized therapy, we help children develop essential life skills in their most comfortable environments—home, clinic, school, or the community.

What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping children grow, learn, and thrive. You’ll work one‑on‑one with clients, using ABA strategies to support their development and reduce challenging behaviors—always with guidance and support from our clinical team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions using evidence‑based ABA techniques
  • Create structured play and interactive activities that make learning fun
  • Track progress and collect data on skill development and behaviors
  • Communicate with families and team members to ensure consistent support
  • Adapt therapy plans to fit each child’s unique needs
  • Bring creativity, energy, and patience to every session
