Job summary

The Behavior Lab provides in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with autism and other developmental challenges. This part-time Behavior Technician role offers paid training and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

You will work one-on-one with children in home, clinic, school, or community settings, delivering play-based instruction, collecting data, and supporting progress under guidance from our clinical team.

Job Title: ABA Behavior Technician (Part-Time)
Location: In-Home & Community-Based (In-Person)
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a child's life every single day.

Working one-on-one with children, you'll help teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavior change. With guidance and mentorship from our experienced clinical team, you'll create meaningful learning opportunities through play, connection, and encouragement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or a related field is a plus
  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings
  • Positive attitude and willingness to make a difference
