Job summary

Gila River Gaming Enterprises Inc. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate in Chandler, AZ to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the casino floor and at the Players Club booth.

You will enroll new Players Club members, assist with ticket redemption, and help in updating player cards within the development system. The role requires a proactive communicator with basic Microsoft Office skills, the ability to work in a smoking environment, and a commitment to a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Skills/ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Must haveintermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Must pass a pre-employmentdrug/alcohol test andagree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment.

• Mustbe able to work in a smoking environment.
