• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Three years progressively more challenging leadership role in cashiering or casino operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word).
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun environment and host guests and coworkers.
• Promote a positive community presence and participate in company events.
• Manage all cashiering operations for the assigned shift with asset safeguards.
• Develop staff, monitor results, and implement improvements as needed.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and department budgets including P&L and costs.
• Maintain knowledge of player tracking systems and suggest enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Title 31 adherence.
• Hire, train, coach, and perform performance management up to termination.
• Build guest relations and handle feedback professionally.
• Ensure daily operations are compliant with company programs and policies.
