Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time Player Services Representatives at Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, Arkansas. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out and assisting with all player rewards transactions, ensuring smooth guest experiences.

As a team member, you will handle credit and cash transactions, explain games and promotions, and support daily operations including shift closings and security of the register.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Update player rewards information, perform credit and cash transactions, and issue player cards.
• Explain games, contests, drawings, and promotional giveaways to guests.
• Read group resumes and oversee daily activities of groups.
• Complete shift closing, drop cash, check payments, and secure the bank at all times.
• Offer bell assistance to all arriving and departing guests.

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time Player Services Representatives to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Player Services Representative, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out and assisting with all player rewards transactions.

Pay

$15.00 - $15.50 / hour

More about you

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk customer service
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand 100% of the time
