Job summary

Soboba Casino in San Jacinto, CA is seeking a Supervisory role within Player Services. You will oversee the Soboba Rewards Club, Box Office, promotions, events, and guest services, while guiding a team of Player Services Representatives.

You will work with management to ensure guest satisfaction, supervise training, monitor inventories, and generate operational reports. A strong background in guest service and supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of casino experience required.
• Four years of front-facing guest service experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the functions of a Player Services Representative.
• Supervise the Marketing Gifting program and gifting team; maintain inventory and returns.
• Apply leadership, communication and customer service skills with guests and vendors.
• Oversee training development and implementation for Player Services staff.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and in accordance with standards.
• Maintain inventory of operating supplies and equipment.
• Provide reports on new member signups, daily summaries, and event activities.
• Review logs and reports for accuracy; verify Box Office sales and cash as needed.
