Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing cash levels within our Ticket Redemption (TR) units on the casino floor as well as replenishing cash cassettes, receipting in cash, resolving customer disputes related to the TR machines, performing basic maintenance, etc.
• Ensuring interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of Hollywood Casino Toledo’s ACES program
• Maintain a balanced bank in the Fill Bank, Employee bank, and TR Bank
• Complete chip fill/credit requests for Table Games
• Assist team members with processing their tokes, tips, etc.
• Resolve lottery machine disputes
• Resolve recycler jams
• Comply with all Title 31 regulations
• Enrolling patrons into Players Club, issue patrons Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist with all other Cashier I duties as needed.
• Complying with state, company, department policies and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 21 years of age
• A minimum of one year of cashiering and experience and/or heavy money handling experience.
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager
• Must qualify for licensing by the OCCC
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
