Job summary

Southern Trace Country Club in Shreveport, LA, is seeking a full-time Player Services Attendant to enhance member and guest experiences. You will help with bag handling, club cleaning, and guiding play, while educating players and maintaining rental records. This role is with Troon, a global leader in golf club management.

Description

Southern Trace Country Club, located in Shreveport, LA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Player Services Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$11.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
