Job summary

Troon's Brentwood Golf Course in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a part-time Guest Service Attendant who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property. You will deliver sincere, courteous service to guests, assist with bag handling and club cleaning, educate players about the game, and help manage the start of play.

Description

Brentwood Golf Course in Jacksonville, Florida is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One-month related experience or training.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
