HOAMCO, The Club at Seven Canyons in Sedona, AZ, is seeking a Player Services Attendant to deliver world-class service to members and guests. This role supports golf operations with bag handling, cart prep, range duties, and maintaining clean work areas for a seamless experience.

The Outside Services Attendant ensures carts are clean, functional, and ready for use, while collaborating with golf operations staff to sustain high standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote events, course conditions and amenities to enhance the member/guest experience.
• Marshaling carts, tracking usage, and reporting issues to the Golf Shop.
• Maintain cart barn and surrounding areas; keep facilities neat and safe.
• Set up and manage practice areas with equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments in designated areas meeting club standards.

PLAYER SERVICES ATTENDANT - The Club at Seven Canyons (Sedona, AZ)

Come be a part of the vibrant team at The Club at Seven Canyons. We are seeking a Player Services employee to provide world-class golfing experiences for our members and guests.

Our Player’s Services staff should be our most enthusiastic and courteous employees as they are on the front line and often a first impression of our facility. This position is paid hourly plus gratuities.

Position Overview

The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club. This position supports the golf operations team by assisting with essential outside services, such as bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas. The attendant is responsible for staging and storing golf carts, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for use. Additionally, the role involves providing various golf-related services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all golfers.

Experience Required:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, answering questions, offering golf course etiquette suggestions, and providing post-round support, including cleaning clubs and delivering them to cars as needed.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and relevant information to enhance the member/guest experience and ensure they enjoy all the amenities.
• Marshal carts in the staging area, assign them to players, track their usage, and ensure carts are cleaned, well-maintained, and inspected for damage. Report any issues to the Golf Shop.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, and external spaces such as the parking lot and golf shop entrance, ensuring they are neat, safe, and free of debris.
• Set up and manage practice areas, ensuring they are stocked with equipment such as range balls and prepared for daily use.
• Collaborate with other golf operations staff, including range attendants, marshals, and starters, to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout the day.
• Complete daily assignments in designated areas, ensuring all areas meet club standards, including maintaining valet area, cart barn, practice park, short game facility and on-course amenity stations.

Background and drug screening is required for selected candidates.
