Job summary

Seven Canyons Golf in Sedona, AZ is hiring a full-time Golf Shop Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests. You will be the first impression at the shop, helping with reservations, check-in, and merchandise display.

The role includes handling green and cart fees in the POS, assisting in inventory, and supporting daily cash reconciliation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, wellness programs, and training to help you grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Customer reservations for guests to enjoy our golf course.
• Provides customer service to arriving guests / check-in process.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as needed.
• Collects green and cart fees from guests and processes in the POS system as trained.
• Issues receipts of guest purchases.
• Assist in packing/unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

GOLF SHOP ATTENDANT - Seven Canyons Golf (Sedona, AZ)

Our Golf Shop Attendant should be our most enthusiastic and courteous employees as they are on the front line and often a first impression of our facility.
