Job summary

Together for Talent is seeking a player-coach who will lead a small engineering team while shaping product direction and architecture. You will stay hands-on with code reviews, frontend development, and technical problem-solving, helping to modernize dashboards and workflows for a growing data-infrastructure platform.

Qualifications

• Experience directly managing engineers, including coaching, hiring, and performance development.
• Recent hands-on technical involvement, not just project oversight.
• Track record of shipping customer-facing web products.
• Strong frontend or full-stack depth; React experience is relevant.
• Sound judgment around architecture, APIs, and improving existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately five engineers while staying involved in architecture and code reviews.
• Modernize customer-facing dashboards and workflows with strong frontend practices.
• Evolve an established application without neglecting existing customers or delivery commitments.
• Improve standards for testing, security, maintainability, and software design.
• Build alignment across teams with diverse technical backgrounds.
• Work directly with the SVP of Engineering to shape priorities and decisions.
