Job summary

Zoom's SEER by Workvivo team in Boston seeks a Sales Manager to lead a small, high-performing SaaS sales group. You will coach Account Executives and BDRs, drive pipeline and forecast accuracy, and shape the go-to-market strategy for an employee listening solution backed by Zoom.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to scale revenue and improve the customer experience, in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams, ideally in employee listening or HR tech.
• Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets in mid-market and enterprise.
• Experience selling to HR/People leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to exceed revenue targets.
• Drive pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and sales execution across the team.
• Coach sellers through complex enterprise sales cycles with HR and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to refine GTM strategy.
