AEG's Team Operations and Player Care Coordinator at LA Galaxy delivers comprehensive support to players and families, acting as a liaison between players and technical staff. This role manages onboarding, travel, accommodations, daily logistics and ensures every individual is well cared for throughout their time with the club.

The position requires strong organizational skills, travel readiness, multilingual ability preferred, and proficiency with Concur and MS Office, supporting the club from

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sport Management/Business, Social Work, or Hospitality preferred.
• 2-4 years experience in hospitality, real estate, customer service, VIP concierge services, or professional sports preferred.
• Experience playing and/or working in soccer is preferred.
• Willing and able to travel with reliable vehicle and clean driving history.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full relocation process for new signings, including travel, housing, and schooling arrangements.
• Assist in game day logistics: arrival, parking, ticketing, hospitality, and family support.
• Oversee team and staff travel, including flights, lodging, meals, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate player appearance requests and manage related communications.
• Support HR documentation processes, payroll setup, benefits, and pension plan administration.
• Ensure a clean, organized work environment and cross-team collaboration.
