Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2-4 years hospitality, real estate, customer service or professional sports experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel with a reliable vehicle and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relocation, travel, housing, schooling, and welcome packages for new signings.
• Support game day logistics and travel for players and families.
• Manage team travel including flights, lodging, meals, and transport.
• Handle player media appearances and mail/care packages.
• Coordinate team events and liaise with visiting teams on in-market logistics.
• Assist HR documentation and payroll/benefits paperwork.
