Job summary

Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club is seeking a Marshal to help manage pace of play and deliver high-quality guest service on the course. You will monitor the pace, communicate with players, and enjoy interacting with the public.

This role supports the operations team by coordinating with the Pro Shop and Starter, keeping the course clean, enforcing policies, and assisting Outside Staff as needed. A professional appearance and dependable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation.
• Must be dependable.
• Knowledge about the game of golf highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance.
• Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses.
• Communicate and assist the Pro Shop in keeping an accurate pace of play.
• Communicate with Starter and Pro Shop about any pace of play concerns.
• Monitor course cleanliness.
• Assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed.
• Advise guests of course conditions, expected pace of play, local rules and other golf related issues.
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
