Description

Monarch Beach Golf Links, located in Dana Point, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Player Assistant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Rate: $16.90 - $17.90 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must have a strong work ethic

Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public

Must have strong customer/guest orientation

Must be dependable

Knowledge about the game of golf highly preferred

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain professional appearance

Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses

Communicate and assist the Pro Shop in keeping an accurate pace of play

Communicate with Starter and Pro Shop about any pace of play concerns

Assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed

Advises guests of course conditions, expected pace of play, local rules and other golf related issues

Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management

Perform other duties as assigned
