Job summary

Happy Valley Casino is seeking a Player Analytics & Database Analyst to join the Marketing and Analytics team in State College, PA. The role focuses on data-driven decision making, customer analytics, loyalty program management, and BI reporting, reporting to the Database Manager.

The person will develop dashboards, analyze promotions, customer segmentation, and revenue opportunities, collaborating with IT and operations to ensure data accuracy and timely insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, CS, data analytics, or related field.
3+ years in database marketing, analytics, BI, or related field.
Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools.
Experience with Oracle databases and Linux preferred.

Responsibilities

Support marketing and loyalty initiatives through data analysis and segmentation.
Plan, implement, and evaluate targeted campaigns within SYNKROS system.
Maintain promotional calendars and configurations in SYNKROS.
