Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking a Playbook Sports Bar Server Assistant in Rohnert Park, CA to support the bar and dining room, bussing tables, stocking stations, and assisting servers and bartenders to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

You will deliver food from the kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams while upholding safety standards and a polished demeanor. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in gourmet, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• California Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Buss tables, stock service stations, and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Assist servers and bartenders to ensure efficient service.
• Deliver food from kitchen to correct table in a timely manner.
• Ensure orders are complete and presented with proper garnishes and temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in all work areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Assist with setting up, breaking down, and restocking dining rooms and expo areas.
