Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking a Playbook Sports Bar Server Assistant to support the bar and dining room, bussing tables, stocking stations, and assisting servers and bartenders to ensure efficient service and a high-quality guest experience.

You will deliver food from the kitchen to the correct seat, maintain bar cleanliness, and collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to uphold a polished, professional environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Buss tables and stock service stations.
