Job summary

Beyond Autism Services is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum, helping them build speech, social, and daily living skills through play and ABA-based activities.

No prior experience is required; a calm, patient presence and a willingness to learn are enough. You'll join a team dedicated to meaningful work, with full- and part-time options and opportunities for growth in behavioral healthcare.

Play with Kids! (RBT)

Help children with autism find their voice. And discover your calling.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.
