Java Aba in Goodyear, AZ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum in-clinic, using play and ABA techniques to teach life skills. A calm, empathetic presence and a heart for helping kids are essential traits.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) show up ready to help kids develop new skills through practice, patience, and play. Are you someone that leads with empathy, can make a game up on the spot, and just as easily follow a child’s lead?

What you’ll do

What you'll need

• Curiosity and a willingness to improve your skills

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• 1 year of previous experience in ABA therapy.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits

• $23-$26/hour

• Part-time. If you want Full-Time, we can get you there!

• Our center is open Mon – Fri 8:00 AM to 4 PM

• In-home or in-school schedules available. Hours are case by case.
