Job summary

Ultipro in California is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum, helping them learn talking, playing, and real-life choices. No experience required; bring a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

You’ll use ABA therapy and play to celebrate breakthroughs, and you’ll grow professionally with an RBT certification that comes with a pay raise. Hours are Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–8:00pm (15–20 hours/week); mileage reimbursement is available and we aim to match

Additional Pay Incentives
