Beyond Autism Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum. You will use play and ABA techniques to help kids build real-life skills, such as talking, playing, and making choices, in a supportive environment.

No prior experience required, just a big heart, patience, and a love for kids. This is a meaningful role dedicated to brighter futures for children and families.

Play with Kids! (RBT)

Help children with autism find their voice. And discover your calling.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

Pay & Benefits:

• $20-$25/hour
• Mondays-Fridays, no weekends!
