Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in California is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum, helping them build talking, playing, and decision-making skills.

No experience required—bring a caring heart and patience. You’ll learn ABA techniques and can earn an RBT certification, with a pay raise.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–8:00pm (15–20 hours/week). Mileage reimbursement is available for client travel.

Additional Pay Incentives
