Job summary

Hyper Kidz in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a part-time Floor Associate to help run the check-in/check-out counter, lobby, and merchandise area, while monitoring play zones and ensuring guest safety.

You will greet guests, assist with reservations, process POS transactions, stamp hands at check-in, handle waivers, and keep the facility clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned zones (Big Kid Zone, Kid Zone, Mini Zone, Lobby) and monitor safety.
• Greet guests and guide them through entry and play areas.
• Process check-ins/check-outs, waivers, and reservations; operate POS.
• Maintain clean, merch areas and report incidents.
• Support promotions and store identity within the community.
• Ensure occupancy limits comply with regulations.
