Job summary

Elevated Kids in Austin, TX is seeking Behavior Technicians to support young children with play‑based, naturalistic care in home, preschool, and community settings. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to implement care plans, build foundational skills, and partner with families to reinforce progress during daily routines.

Qualifications

• Able to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 120 days.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, ABA, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with young children and play-based care is valued.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with young children using play-based, naturalistic strategies.
• Engage with families and caregivers to support progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and CQE coach to implement care plans.
