Elevated Kids is seeking a Behavior Technician to support young children and their families through engaging, play‑based care in homes, preschools, and community spaces. You’ll work closely with children to build foundational skills from daily routines and play experiences.

Under BCBA‑led leadership, you’ll receive ongoing training and collaboration to ensure high‑quality, developmentally appropriate care, with a supportive team and flexible scheduling that prioritizes child outcomes.

Competenze

• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 120 days.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, ABA, education, or related field preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• Reliable transportation and travel to assigned settings.
• Physical ability to engage in active play with children.
