Cortica is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will complete BCAT training and provide care under BCBA direction, documenting progress and collaborating with families in a supportive, cross-disciplinary environment.

The role offers full- and part-time options with opportunities for Saturday hours, a strong benefits package, and pathways to BCBA advancement within Cortica.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (30–40 min radius).
• Proficient with EMR systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Complete Cortica orientation and BCAT training.
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
