Cortica is hiring a Behavior Interventionist in Dedham, MA to provide Play-Based ABA Therapy across home, community, school, and clinic settings. The role supports children with autism and related neurodevelopmental differences, following strategies developed with the BCBA and focusing on data-driven goals.

The position offers paid training, BCAT/QBS credential support, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits; starting pay is $23.62–$31.69 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in developmental or behavioral roles.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• BCAT credential or willingness to obtain within 45 days of employment.
• Available in the early and late afternoons, occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct implementation of behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with the BCBA and families.
• Work in home, community, school, or clinic settings with families.
• Complete data collection, session notes, and documentation as required.
• Assist with assessment procedures through preference assessments and data collection.
